Why we exist
Know-your-customer applications accumulate in branch cupboards and imaging systems faster than most teams can re-read them. Mind Query Hub was formed in Bangkok to give compliance and internal-audit leaders an independent pair of eyes on those packs — before a supervisory sample or a correspondent questionnaire forces the issue.
We are not a law firm and not a technology vendor. We are auditors and former compliance practitioners who still prefer paper trails you can point to in a meeting room on Wireless Road.
How we work with clients
Engagements stay small enough that the people who sample files are the same people who write the findings. We learn your procedure first, then test applications against your clauses rather than a generic checklist imported from another market.
Thailand’s mix of domestic retail customers, regional corporate structures, and cross-border remittance corridors shapes our sampling. A pack that looks complete for a salaried account holder in Pathum Wan may be thin for a trading company with suppliers in neighbouring countries — and we say so plainly.

Marcus Holten focuses on pre-inspection sprints and remediation visits. His background is internal audit across consumer lending desks in Bangkok and Chiang Mai.
Associates join engagements when sample sizes expand; every memo still carries a named engagement lead.
