Cookies policy
Which cookies Mind Query Hub uses, why they exist, and how you can accept or reject non-essential cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used. This policy explains cookies on https://mindquery-hub.digital. For broader privacy practices, see our privacy notice.
How we use cookies
We use essential cookies / local storage values needed for basic functions such as remembering your cookie consent choice. We may use analytics cookies only if you accept them via the banner. Rejecting analytics does not block access to service pages, fee guidance, or the contact form.
Cookies and local storage table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
mindqueryhub_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject choice from the cookie banner | Until cleared by you (localStorage) | Mind Query Hub |
mqh_session | Essential load-balancer / session stability if enabled by host | Session | Hosting provider |
_mqh_analytics | Optional aggregate page-view measurement when accepted | 6 months | Mind Query Hub (first-party) |
If a listed analytics cookie is not yet deployed in a given environment, the consent banner still records your choice so analytics remain off when you reject.
Managing cookies
On first visit, the banner lets you Accept or Reject non-essential cookies. You can clear localStorage and cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers also offer private modes that limit persistence.
Third-party cookies
Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and images from public image hosts. Those third parties may receive technical data such as your IP address as part of delivering the asset. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Impact of disabling
Essential consent storage is required for the banner to remember your choice. Disabling all cookies or localStorage may cause the banner to appear again on each visit. Site content and inquiry forms remain available.
Updates
We may update this cookies policy when our practices change. The version on this page is current as of publication.
