Transparent starting ranges for financial audit work on know-your-customer applications. Final quotes follow sample size, location, and deadline.
Pricing follows the shape of the engagement, not a subscription. Most institutions ask for a written estimate after a short scoping call so sample size and retrieval effort are clear.

What moves an estimate
- Sample size and risk mix — enhanced-due-diligence packs take longer than standard retail files.
- Format of packs — mixed paper and scans slow retrieval; pure digital imaging is faster if indexes are reliable.
- Number of sites — multi-branch work in Bangkok plus upcountry locations adds travel days.
- Deadline pressure — inspection-driven sprints may need evening or weekend fieldwork, which is priced separately.
- Language of documents — Thai and English are included; other languages may need agreed translation support.
Deposits & billing
A 30% deposit reserves calendar time once the engagement letter is signed. Progress invoices may apply on audits longer than four weeks. The final invoice is issued with delivery of the findings memo or completion of booked visit days.
What we do not charge for
Introductory scoping calls of up to forty-five minutes are complimentary when you are actively planning a know-your-customer application audit. We do not charge “seat licences” or monthly platform fees.
